If you are eligible for crew catering, your badge will be scanned each time you access the crew catering area.
Breakfast
All Crew Hotels will serve breakfast – please see crew joining instructions for specific timings.
Lunch & Dinner
Crew catering will commence on Sunday, February 1 and the last day will be on Saturday, February 14. Crew Catering is in the First Floor Restaurant, (and K101/K102 when needed), located above Entrance K on the first floor. Crew badges will be required to access this area.
- Lunch is served between 11:45 – 14:45
- Dinner is served between 17:30 – 20:30
All crew meals have been designed to cater for vegetarians, vegans, those with gluten intolerances and halal requirements. Any crew with a specific allergy or kosher requirement should make themselves known to the RAI Catering Team on the 1st day of attending a lunch or dinner service. The RAI team will be able to indicate which meals will cater for your needs.
Refreshments
Outside of lunch and dinner service, tea and coffee is available at a number of BOH offices and satellite points across the venue (including temp staff office for temp staff). There will also be water points (water cooler stations and Phil refill units) positioned throughout the venue and close to or in offices for you to use.
We urge all crew to bring their own water bottles and reusable coffee cups onsite. Please do not bring plastic bottles to the venue. This year we are hoping to minimise the use of any disposable materials for catering. As such, you will no longer see disposable cups available for drinks. Small quantities of hard cups will be available for hot drinks in case you don’t have a reusable coffee cup, and similar cups will be available if you don’t have a refillable water bottle.
NB: If you do use a hard cup for hot drinks, please ensure you place it in the GREEN bin once used. Too many reusable cups went into general waste bins in error last year so we need to pay particular attention to this at this year’s event.
