First Aid

Event Information

There will be two First Aid Rooms staffed during the Cisco Live build, open and de-rig period.

They are located as follows:

  • Holland Suite (between Halls 8 and 9)
  • Europe Side (to the side of Hall 2)

Please make sure you are aware of the location of the First Aid Rooms and the quickest route to them from where you are working.

The Medical Staff will be on the GPJ Radio network and will also be contactable via venue telephone and RAI Security Staff. The RAI in-house emergency response service team (BHV) are also first aid trained.

Please also remember that anyone requiring medical assistance should, whenever possible, be taken or directed to the nearest First Aid Room. Medical staff should only be called out from the First Aid Room if a patient is immobile or incapacitated.

If the injured party cannot be moved, please make sure a member of GPJ event staff stay with the ill/injured person (unless this poses immediate danger to themselves) until the Medical/First Aid staff are in attendance.

As soon as is practical, please also ensure that the GPJ Event Safety Advisor is informed in case there is a need to produce a report or carry out any investigation. See Health & Safety Section for contact details. The RAI First Aider will also complete an electronic Accident Report Form.
