Refreshment point locations
- Hall 1: hot drinks are available from a coffee piaggio located in Lounge 4 near ZPE Systems stand and Daily Italy concession.
- Hall 2: there is a large square barista bar called the Splunk Café located in the middle of the hall, behind Social Media Central.
- Sessions Lounge: there is a bar in the centre of the lounge serving barista coffee.
- Hall 6: there is a yellow campervan serving barista coffee on the left-hand side of the hall as you walk towards Hall 7.
- Hall 7: there is a mint green piaggio truck serving barista coffee located near Cisco Insider to the left of Hall 7.
- Hall 8: there are 2 refreshment points in the hall, located outside session rooms A1 and A6.
- Elicium Level 1: there are 2 refreshment points situated by the escalators.
- Elicium Level 2: there is a refreshment point round the corner from the lifts.
- Elicium Levels 3, 4 and 5: each level has a small lounge area outside the lifts. Refreshments are generally available from these areas Mon-Thurs.
- Ruby Lounge: the small lounge outside Hall 10 Food Hall is open for refreshments Mon-Thurs.
- Topaz Lounge: situated at the end of the corridor close to the G rooms, this is open Mon-Fri.
- IT Leadership – Onyx Lounge: there are 2 bars serving refreshments Tues-Thurs.
Water
Water is available in all halls and lounges across the venue; look for a lollipop saying “Water Station” or a water cooler unit. Don’t forget your water bottle! If you don’t have a water bottle, ask at any of the refreshment points for a reusable cup.
Soft drinks
Soft drinks are available for attendees from the Sessions Lounge, Hall 2, Ruby and Topaz Lounges, as well as Halls 10 and 11 during lunch. We also have a limited supply of fresh orange juice being served from the juice machine located at the Splunk Café in Hall 2.
Snacks
There will be arrival, AM and PM snacks available during break timings as per the agenda for the day in the following locations:
- Sessions Lounge
- Elicium Levels 1-5 (3-4-5 minimal quantity Mon-Thurs only)
- Ruby Lounge (Mon-Thurs only)
- Topaz Lounge
- IT Leadership – Onyx Lounge (Tues-Thurs only)
Lunch point locations: Monday-Thursday
- Grand Café: when you go through Entrance K, you’ll be standing directly opposite the entrance to Hall 2. Turn left and walk towards Entrance D. Grand Café will be on your left, where a selection of Jacket Potatoes are available.
- Hall 7 Food Hall: walk through Hall 1 World of Solutions, and through Hall 6. There is a large food offering to the right of the hall boasting Curry, Shawarma, Noodles, Tagine and Pasta dishes.
- Hall 10 Food Hall: located just off Holland Terrace, almost opposite Hall 12 (where Keynote takes place). Choice includes Curry, Shawarma, Noodles, Tagine, Loaded Potatoes and Pasta dishes. New for 2026: 3 different salad options are available each day from the salad fridge.
- Hall 11 Food Hall: located just off Holland Terrace, on the left after Hall 12 (where Keynote takes place). Options include Curry, Shawarma, Noodles, Tagine, Loaded Potatoes and Pasta dishes.
- Food Trucks in halls 1-2-3-6-7: there are 5 food trucks dotted around the venue offering the following food:
- World of Solutions (Hall 1): An Indonesian truck offers delicious Nasi dishes
- Hall 2: A Greek Gyros truck offering tasty gyros in pita
- Hall 3: A Bao Bun truck offering tasty bao buns
- Hall 6: Go Mexican with a scrumptious burrito
- Hall 7: Go Mexican with a soft-shell taco
- There are four concessions in World of Solutions (Hall 1) offering a variety of hot food including:
- Mr Sister: offering spicy pita sandwiches and a salad option
- Mr Grill: offering burgers and fries
- Daily Italy: offering pizzas and a salad option
- La Place: offering grilled sandwiches
- Sessions Lounge: located close to the breakout session rooms in Hall 8, this lounge offers a variety of sandwiches which change each day, 3 different salad options and on Mon & Wed a vegetarian sushi option. These are available to pick up from the fridges. A choice of crisps are also available to attendees to grab and take to their next session.

Lunch point locations: Friday
- Holland Terrace: located close to Entrance C, the main exit out of the venue on Friday. Hot panini will be available to attendees to grab on their way out, as well as a small number of Gluten Free salads (available on request).

Special dietary requirements
For anyone with a specific allergy, they are invited to speak with one of our nutritionists located in either Hall 7 Food Hall or Hall 10 Food Hall, where guidance will be given around what options are available based on their requirements. Should an allergy not be covered by the main food offerings, attendees are invited to head to the Special Dietary Station in Hall 10 Food Hall where chefs can cook up something specific to their needs. Allergen information is also accessible via QR codes on signage (link to Youmeal).
