by Lost and Found items should be handed to the Information Points in the Registration areas. Any items will then be handed to security for safe keeping. The RAI uses iLost to upload details of all items that are found during Cisco Live. Anyone who has lost an item can contact the RAI person who uploaded it to arrange for them to collect the item.
Attendees should keep their personal belongings on them at all times as Cisco or the RAI do not accept any responsibility for items lost on the event premises.
In the event of items being lost/stolen the attendee should go to a member of Venue Security where an initial report will be taken.
Victoria Hamilton / RAI Security must be informed of all lost/stolen property for relevant follow up action (CCTV retrieval, witness identification, etc).
Any property found must be handed in to the information desk.
