by Everyone accessing the venue will need to collect a badge from the Crew Office, via Entrance G2. You will need to complete the online H&S briefing before you can collect your badge. This will give access throughout the RAI and into Crew Catering if applicable.
Government issued photo-ID will be required to collect your badge. A digital copy of your photo ID will also be accepted
You will be required to show your badge and Government issued photo ID upon each entry into the building. In addition, if you are eligible for crew catering, your badge will be scanned each time you access the crew catering area. If catering has not been pre-ordered, access will be denied. Please see the Crew Office for any queries.
If crew badges are lost, please visit the Crew Office for a reprint.
Crew Registration will be open daily from 08:00 – 18:00.
