Registration & Timings

Registration Entrance – Pavillion/Tent at K Entrance 
Attendee Registration is located in a temporary structure outside Entrance K. No toilets or cloakroom facilities here until you enter the main building accessible through the structure once badged. Entrance C is also badge collection for sessions and Keynote access.

Crew badges collected at Crew Registration, in the Diamond Lounge, via G.2 Entrance. Please bring your Government-issued photo ID. 

Badge Collection 
All attendee types, including attendees, Cisco Event Staff, Cisco Hosts, Speakers, GPJ Crew, Exhibitors and Suppliers can collect their badges by presenting a Government-issued photo ID (passport, driving license, or official ID card). A digital copy of your photo ID will also be accepted. Badges must be worn visibly at all times, swapping badges may result in removal from the event. 

Lost Badges 
Lost badges should be reported to Registration support at both Entrance C and Entrance K. Replacement reprints on-site at a surcharge of €50+VAT, available at both Registration points.
