General Security Advice
- Where possible do not bring items of personal value or leave any property unattended on-site
- All session room laptops, scanners and other valuable equipment must be locked/secured inside the room at the end of each day
- Remove your event badge when not on site
- Use caution when travelling to and from the venue. If walking, where possible travel in groups or use a buddy system
- If you see anything suspicious during the event, please report it immediately to security
ID Check
- During event live days (Sun, February 8 – Fri, February 13) when entering the venue, Crew and Brand Ambassadors will be required to produce their event badge.
- Checks of Government-issued photo ID (a digital copy of your photo ID will also be accepted) will be carried out at random at all entrances, so please carry this at all times.
- Attendees will need their Government-issued photo ID to collect their badge, but thereafter, there will only be spot ID checks for both Attendees and Execs.
Security Scanners
- New for 2026 are security scanners that will be placed at Entrances C, K, L, F and G. Entrance D will function as an entrance for all Execs, but they will not be required to go through scanners.
- The scanner functions using AI and will highlight where the item that has been flagged, is on the person. They are not metal detectors.
- Attendees should walk through the scanners at their normal pace and may be subject to a search should the AI equipment detect anything concerning.
- The scanners have been introduced this year as a preventative measure and not based on intelligence.
