by There will be many people presenting at Cisco Live, but not all presenters are considered “Speakers”. Cisco Speakers have a complimentary event pass and will be delivering one of the following sessions: Breakout, Interactive Breakout, DevNet, Technical Seminar, Cisco AI Theater, Instructor-led Lab and Walk-in Lab. These speakers will also receive a speaker shirt.
Other speakers do not receive a shirt but will have access to Speaker Services where they can check their slides and network with other speakers. Speaker Services is not to be confused with Speakers Corner (a presenting area for Partners in World of Solutions, Hall 1)
Speakers will have speaker written on the bottom of their badge, anyone else who may be presenting but is not a “Speaker” will not have Speaker on their badge.

Speaker Registration
Speakers should use entrance G.2 to enter the RAI and collect their speaker badges outside of main registration times. On live event days they will also be able to collect their badge from main registration.
All speakers are asked to check in at Speaker Services to review their schedules, collect their shirts etc. Speaker Services can be found in the Jade Lounge located at Entrance F (floor below Session Rooms A, Hall 8).
Speaker Reception
All Cisco speakers are invited to a speaker reception taking place in the Onyx Lounge (located at Entrance G) on Mon, February 9 at 19:00.
