    The DevNet Zone empowers attendees to experience the latest innovations and practical application integrations of Cisco technologies in programmability, automation, and operational AI use at Cisco Live.​ 

    Deep-dive technical theaters, tech talks and practical workshops across Cisco’s portfolio will set the stage for your venture into APIs, integration, and automation practice. Sessions on AI, infrastructure automation, and security will provide insight into how you can tactically address the changing landscape of DevOps, SecOps, and automation engineering.​ 

    • Breakouts and Theater Sessions:​  Technically focused lectures with demonstrations of how-to practices within 45 or 60-minute sessions. Will be recorded and available on demand. 
    • Workshops​: Instructor-led product/solution 45-minute sessions for up to 16 attendees with hands-on components to allow attendees to skill up in real-time.

    Meeting Room owners and managers can access their meeting room from 08:00. 
    Access to the Meeting Village before World of Solutions main opening hours is via the mezzanine at Entrance K, this is for prebooked meetings only. 
    The Meeting Village officially opens for general attendees at 08:30, meetings begin from 09:00.

    Meet the Engineer  
    Meet the Engineer sessions allow attendees to connect with the people who design and develop Cisco solutions through bookable face-to-face meetings, so they can get their perspective on the best approach to their unique challenges. 

    It’s the attendees’ opportunity to find out why Cisco solutions work the way they do – and to get fresh insight into how they can put those solutions to work in their own business to maximise efficiency and extend their network’s capabilities. 

    Full Conference attendees may visit the Meet the Engineer reception desk to check availability. Open to Full Conference and IT Leadership pass holders only.

    Whisper Suites  
    Whisper Suites is where Cisco showcases Innovations through bookable face-to-face meetings and demos. 

    Attendees must register at the reception desk and receive a special sticker on their badge before entering the lounge. They will also be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Any new requests for meetings should be directed to the reception desk at the Whisper Suite entrance. 

    Meet the Executive  
    Meet the Executive is a private area for Executives to have prebooked meetings   

    Meeting Zone  
    Meeting Zone consists of pre-booked meeting rooms that have been rented per day or per week.  Each room includes a boardroom table and chairs, a screen, whiteboard and pens, WiFi, and power. 

    Bookable Meeting Spaces  
    Meeting Tables and Meeting Pods are bookable by the hour on the day of a meeting at the Bookable Meeting reception desk.  Meeting hosts can book a max of 3 meetings per day. Bookings will be held for 10 minutes after which time they may be offered to other attendees. Open 09.00 – 18.00 Mon-Thurs.

  • Walk-in Labs


    Located in Hall 3, Walk-in Labs give you one-of-a-kind hands-on experience on a variety of Cisco products and solutions.

    These labs let you work through a 30-60-minute pre-designed scenario and explore full configurations and new features of different products and solutions.

    All Walk-in Labs are available to all attendee types, on a first come, first served basis; no scheduling is required. Just approach the Walk-in Labs area and start working!

    Capture the Flag (CTF) is a fun, hands-on learning experience that turns technical labs into an exciting, gamified challenge. Explore new Cisco technologies, solve real-world problems, and gain practical experience — all while competing on the leaderboard. CTF features NEW products, NEW missions, and NEW activities, making it ideal for both first-time players and returning participants. 

    This year’s CTF theme is the AI for Everyone, allowing you to help embrace AI and also experience AI capabilities in Cisco solutions.

    The Cisco Technical Solutions Clinics is located in Hall 3. Each clinic is dedicated to a technology track. Attendees can troubleshoot their technical challenges through whiteboard discussions with Cisco engineers. There is also small theater showcasing technical sessions throughout the day. 

    Walk-in Labs (WIL) 
    Walk-in Labs give you one-of-a-kind hands-on experience on a variety of Cisco products and solutions. These labs let you work through a 30-60-minute pre-designed scenario and explore full configurations and new features of different products and solutions. All WIL labs are available on a first come, first served basis; no scheduling is required. Just approach the WIL labs area in the Hub and start working! 

    NOC 
    Attendees can discover what is involved in building and operating a network in the span of a week! They can see the real time information of the Cisco Live Network at the Network Operations Center in Hall 3.
